This exquisite lab-created blue sapphire cabachon is englufed with 14K gold-filled and sterling silver wire. Including the hand-made clasp, it is 9 inches around. It would fit a 6 1/2 inch wrist very loosely, and a up to an 8 1/2 inch wrist pretty snuggly.
